Many individuals experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. I work with couples & families, so my clients can overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of recovery & healing.
Online counseling sessions are held from the safety of your own home at a time that is convenient. You can also visit for a face-to-face session with a prior appointment.
Home based therapy is particularly significant for the clients with issues with physical health, age or responsibilities at home or work. This therapy is beneficial for personal & emotional issues, unhealthy coping behavior of children, marriage conflicts & for people who have been recently discharged from residential care facility.
Having worked in a residential mental health care facility for years and conducting mental health care sessions for group of college students has always given me opportunities to explore the dynamic of our mind in social settings. I take sessions on Mental health, Substance abuse, Gender, Sexuality, Sexual Health, LGBT Diversity & Inclusion, Mindfulness Meditation etc.
I have always enjoyed working in a group setting and it was an integral part of me clinical experience. During my individual case work I have regularly sensed the importance of a support system as a therapeutic medium. Thus, eventually from May 2024 I have started facilitating an offline mental health support group. Currently its an open group & new members are welcome to join.
